Mixed Vegetable Curry

Ingredients:

Carrots-4(Big)
Capsicum-2(medium)
FrozenGreen Peas-3/4 Cup
Tomatoes-4(medium)
Onions-4(medium)
Potatoes-2(medium)
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 1/2 tablespoon
Chilli Powder-1 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder-2 teaspoons(Add if you want the curry to be spicy)
Oil-2 tablespoons
Salt,Cuman Seeds,Musturd seeds

Procedure:

In a pan,Add 2 tablespoons oil,Cuman seeds and Mustard seeds.Wait until they pop.Add diced Onions.Let them become tender.Then add diced carrots,potatoes,capsicum and frozen green peas.Add salt and some water depending on the consistency you want . Add ginger garlic paste.Cook thoroughly.Then add diced tomatoes(Add tomatoes only after all the vegetables are perfectly cooked.Or else they will not get cooked later because of the sourness of tomatoes).Continue cooking until the tomatoes are cooked.Add chilli powder,Garam Masala Powder.Remove the pan from the stove and add cilantro for Garnish.
